The Mediterranean Diet and Diabetes

Diabetes is a growing problem in the world; especially the more common type 2 diabetes. One surprising thing about type 2 diabetes is that it is relatively easy to prevent, or reverse once it has developed. One of the diets often recommended to people with type 2 diabetes is the Mediterranean diet, due to the fact that it has a beneficial effect on blood glucose levels.
